The Ideal Life Partners with Turn90 to Launch Transformational Leadership Development Program

The Ideal Life Foundation has announced a new partnership with Turn90, a South Carolina-based nonprofit dedicated to breaking the cycle of incarceration, to launch a 12-week leadership development program designed to strengthen the organization’s mid-level management team and align leadership practices with strategic goals.

This partnership, kicking off in February, will focus on equipping Turn90’s key staff with the tools needed to enhance leadership capacity, drive organizational alignment, and support professional growth. The Ideal Life will deliver a series of leadership workshops, weekly coaching sessions, and bi-weekly seminars tailored to address both individual development and team effectiveness. As part of this initiative, Turn90 has received pro bono coaching and a financial gift from The Ideal Life Foundation, underscoring the foundation’s commitment to eliminating financial barriers to professional development.

“Our goal is to support Turn90’s staff in building a strong foundation of purpose-driven leadership that directly impacts their ability to achieve strategic objectives,” said Chris Tate, lead Turn90 coach for The Ideal Life.

Turn90’s mission to equip formerly incarcerated men with the skills, support, and opportunities needed for successful reentry aligns closely with The Ideal Life’s commitment to fostering purpose-driven leadership.

“Leadership development isn’t just about growing individuals—it’s about building a stronger, mission-driven organization that can break the cycle of incarceration. This partnership with The Ideal Life Foundation gives our team the tools to lead with purpose, drive impact, and create lasting change for the men we serve.” said Amy Barch, Founder and Executive Director, Turn90
