Sales Representative

Location: Spartanburg, SC (Statewide Sales Role)

About Us

Turn90 is a nonprofit employment social enterprise operating two mission-driven businesses: Turn90 Logistics and Turn90 Print Shop. Through our services in screen printing, embroidery, logistics, kitting, and fulfillment, we provide real-world job training to men returning from prison—helping them build stable careers and strong futures.

With growing operations in logistics and print production, we are seeking a high-energy, relationship-driven Sales & Partnership Manager to drive new business development across both sectors, selling custom printing and 3PL logistics services while creating long-term partnerships with companies that align with our mission.

The Opportunity

This isn’t your average sales job. We’re looking for a hustler who can sell both logistics and print solutions, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth across both lines of business. You’ll be out in the field, meeting with local businesses, manufacturers, brands, and e-commerce companies, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and turning leads into long-term partners.

Your mission? Make Turn90 the go-to provider for both logistics and print services in South Carolina—all while creating second chances for men returning from prison.

What You’ll Do

Sales & Business Development

  • Execute the sales strategy for both Turn90 Logistics and Print Shop, driving new business growth.
  • Develop custom logistics and print solutions that meet client needs while emphasizing Turn90’s competitive pricing, quality, and social impact.
  • Prospect and cold call potential clients in manufacturing, e-commerce, education, and nonprofit sectors.
  • Pitch and sell Turn90 Logistics services (kitting, assembly, rework, fulfillment) to businesses needing a reliable 3PL partner.
  • Pitch and sell Turn90 Print Shop services (custom screen printing) to businesses, schools, and organizations.
  • Cross-sell—if a logistics client needs screen printing (or vice versa), offer the full range of services.
  • Attend industry networking events and trade shows to generate leads and build awareness.
  • Follow up on leads and move prospects through the sales funnel.

Client Relationship Management

  • Meet with clients in person and virtually to understand their needs and offer customized solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals & estimates that align with their business needs.
  • Follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Build long-term relationships—turn new customers into loyal partners.

Sales Execution & Operations Alignment

  • Track leads, deals, and revenue using HubSpot.
  • Work closely with operations teams in both logistics and print to ensure smooth onboarding and fulfillment.
  • Provide feedback on pricing, service offerings, and sales strategies to remain competitive.

About You

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in logistics, fulfillment, print services, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations, and how to customize outsourced solutions for warehousing, distribution and consumer goods companies.
  • A relationship-builder—someone who knows how to connect, follow up, and convert one-time customers into repeat business.
  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) to track leads and sales performance.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Mission-driven mindset—you believe in business for good and want your work to make a real impact.
  • Valid SC driver’s license and ability to travel statewide for client meetings and events.
